Cassie McVey
Operations Manager
With 16 years of experience in the financial industry and more than 20 years of customer service experience, Cassie brings extensive knowledge, professionalism, and a client-focused approach to the team. A New Hampshire native, Cassie earned her Associate of Science degree from NHTI – Concord’s Community College.
Cassie plays an integral role in supporting Shawn and the clients they serve, assisting with day-to-day operations and helping ensure each client receives a welcoming, attentive, and seamless experience. From greeting clients and assisting with distributions and account needs to coordinating internal projects, Cassie helps keep the many moving pieces behind the scenes running smoothly. She also works to ensure the team’s resources are utilized effectively to continually enhance the client experience.
Cassie is also a commissioned Notary Public in the State of New Hampshire.
Outside of the financial industry, Cassie has a passion for giving back to her community. In 2025, she co-founded Walking With Honor, a New Hampshire nonprofit that rescues overlooked shelter dogs and trains them as service dogs, emotional support dogs, and companion dogs for veterans, all at no cost to the veteran.
When she isn’t in the office or attending an event with Walking With Honor, Cassie enjoys spending time with friends and family and line dancing.
